We had the a double room which was well-appointed and new-fashioned. The food was great - plenty of options. Location: the hotel was right by the train station where all the good food is, the mall and buses and the town center. The staff was helpful, friendly, and everything was perfect.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lastly, our room had a spectacular view of the majestic Mt Fuji, which was truly breathtaking. we found this hotel to be a great value for money and a wonderful base to explore the area.

I recently stayed in a brand new hotel located very close to the train station. the room was spacious and had amazing views, especially of Mt. Fuji. the bathroom was very luxurious and well-equipped with a large bath and rainfall shower. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. it was an excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday.

That parking facilities were not available on site, so we had to park in a public lot nearby which was a bit inconvenient with heavy luggage and children.
